Minor in Entrepreneurship
The minor in entrepreneurship is designed for any major on campus. It prepares
the student to conceptualize, start or buy a business by providing a solid core
understanding of operating a business of any size as well as managing a division of
a large organization. Entrepreneurial skills have become increasingly important to
managers in large corporations. The Entrepreneurship Minor consists of the

In addition to these courses, Special Topics in Business (BSAD 4501, 4502, and
4503) is offered frequently. Integral to these courses is the preparation of
detailed, comprehensive business plans that are presented to corporate
executives. These courses refine and display the students’ skills that enhance
their success as entrepreneurs and future corporate executives.
