RFP #1 – 2011 – Equipment
Xavier University of Louisiana (XULA) is soliciting proposals to provide a 400 MHz high performance
Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometer which includes a multinuclear probe. The multinuclear
probe must have the ability to analyze (1)H, (13)C, as well as (19)F.
Two sealed copies of the proposal must be submitted to the following parties:

The proposal must be received no later than 2:00 pm central standard time on July 28, 2011. Please
note that only proposals received by the designated parties prior to the stated time will be considered.
Bidders submitting proposals by mail are responsible for allowing adequate time for delivery. Proposals
received after the 2:00 pm deadline shall be rejected.
