Work has included a synthetic control group analysis of social and economic outcomes of California’s SB 1041 welfare reforms; analysis of primary survey data from California welfare recipients to determine economic, social, and health impacts of SB 1041 reforms; synthesis of shadow prices found in social policy research for inclusion in a web-based repository for researcher use; analysis of the scale and cost of academic achievement gaps in Pennsylvania public schools; survey development, fielding, and analysis of early learning centers to assess the impact of a quality improvement grant.
