INDUCTION CHECKLIST FOR NEW STAFF
This checklist is intended to be used as a series of prompts to help Heads of
Department, or staff involved in producing an induction programme to choose that
programme’s content.
The checklist is not intended to be exhaustive, but is rather a list of the topics that are
likely to be useful to new colleagues.
When the induction programme has been completed, the new member of staff
should be asked to sign the programme and the document should be kept in the
department.
