Rationale for Prerequisite, Corequisite, Recommended Preparation: Without the touch keyboarding
minimum of 25 wpm, students will be unable to complete assignments in a timely manner. It is
recommended instead of required because most students will have had keyboarding in middle school,
high school, or ROP.
