All of these Northern Colleges, except Lake Tahoe, have experienced declining enrollments since then through 2013-2014. Only 3 of the 25 districts with an enrollment gain/small decline were issued Probation or Show Cause, whereas 13 of the 25 districts with the largest drop in enrollments were issued these more serious sanctions.
