Planning for the 2016-17 Budget Year
FEBRUARY 17, 2016, 3:00 P.M.
AGENDA FOR BPC MEETING

1. Call Meeting to Order –3:00 pm
2. Introductions: Chris Gaines and Doug Edgmon are co-chairs.
3. ACTION REQUIRED: Review and accept revised 2014-15 resource request spreadsheet
with funding decisions listed for every line item. This is an updated report from the
spreadsheet already reviewed at the Sept 16, 2015 BPC meeting.
4. ACTION REQUIRED: Final decision to ratify rubric and ranking process for
TPC/FPC/BPC.
5. ACTION REQUIRED: Review DN New Science Lab project bid results and proposed
funding. Make a recommendation to the Interim President/Superintendent on funding.
6. INFORMATION: Update on 2015-16 resource requests. VPs are reviewing the list
which when complete will move to FPC and TPC for ranking using their rubric.
