Requesting a new CAS following a Tier 4 refusal

Complete the online form at http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/services/
international/immigration/refusals/notification/ to notify us of your refusal or
rejection. You should also upload your refusal notice to this form where
requested.
An International Student Adviser will contact you as soon as possible
informing you of the best course of action and will request a new CAS, on
your behalf, if appropriate. Please note that the Immigration Service will
need to see evidence that you meet the Tier 4 requirements before a CAS
will be issued.
If the appropriate course of action is to make a fresh Tier 4 application, you
should receive a CAS in due course. An Adviser will inform you that this
process has begun.
CAS will be issued by the Admissions Office by email.
