to fix issues in it. Dawne will ask Linda to discuss this with
Sherry.

Discuss the possibility of a fourth conversion with Sherry
during next meeting.
HR – everybody who has life insurance is required to have
an additional code and this wasn’t included so it will have to
be included in the next conversion.

There were several issues identified that will need fixed in
the next conversion and there was concern that a fourth
conversion would be necessary.
There will be times when IT can’t be at all of the trainings.
Make it when you can and just prioritize. The trainings are
primarily for the users and IT must remember to let the users
figure out their own issues so that they can learn to not rely
on IT. It’s very important that the desk manuals be
developed well so that when users request IT for reports that
there is a clear understanding of the policies and how data is
being stored and where.
Kurt will post his file in its_share and then others add a tab
for each module.
It was determined in a conference call with Kelli Flynn
(remote), Mark Kaminski (on-site), Rick, Ninette, Donald,
Sherry and Debbie that the bridges are not required.
Had a technical kickoff last week. Carlos Pena is reviewing
our hardware to ensure that everything will work.

Evisions Helpdesk can do a conference call regarding
training .
Installing the Banner Pre-Integrated Forms/SSB package
will be modifying baseline banner. It modifies the forms
Sherry needs to remind the ILT members to begin desk
manuals during training and that copies should be given to
the functional leads. There needs to be a timeline set up so
that progress can be seen.
Discuss training more after Higher One is done.

when it installs. Every time a patch is released, we’ll have to
evaluate. Clean Address stays current with all of the dot
releases, but not necessarily the patches.
We can still run the batch processes to check the addresses.
Do we want to install the Banner Pre-Integrated
Forms/SSB package?
-These modifications would be making changes to
baseline INB forms and SSB packages to include
Clean_Address API calls.
-The changes would allow for real-time verification in
INB/SSB.
