Training-Only outstanding issues
Data Mapping- all issues
Addresses, we understood and data standards
agree that bad address will not be rolled. Banner
training shows each person has to have at least
one address.
You must have a preferred class year and
preferred college code. For non-alumni, you must
put in 0000 in the field.
This is a free format field that is required. The
better place to pull from and use is the SIC Code
field. The SIC Code is a validated table.
APREXCL
Action Taken, Decisions, Recommendations
Anna creating person to see if it is needed. She
shows you do not need to add address to create
general person record. To create the constituent
record, you must have an active address and the
preferred address type. You can then create the
constituent record using this address type. Once the
constituent record is created you can go back to the
general person record and make the address
inactive.
SIC Code validation table is ATVSICC. This is not a
required field. AOVORGN_SICC_CODE, will need
mapped for migration
Our mail codes need to map to this table

Discussion, Information
This will be another issue we will need to address.
There is a special salutation table if we need it.
If we cannot find any other place to store this
information, we can store this information here.
If they both have their own ID’s they need to be
linked both directions. Not just one way
Can be migrated in free text fields
Advancement degree information will be migrated
into the APRADEG table and not the student side
table.
Anna’s first thought is to look at the GL and set up
hard credits and soft credits with the individual
receiving soft credit and the matching gift company
receiving hard credit
Payroll deductions and pledges
We will need to figure out how to assign PP’s when
someone does not fulfill all of the requirements. Ex:
Honorary Members, Century 21, etc.
Need to send list to Anna and HA/JB do clean up
Did not complete
Membership, memos, designations, campaigns,
payments on pledges, payment record, gift record
Building Spreadsheets
Use the metadata and it will show you the order,
and field length.

Action Taken, Decisions, Recommendations
Anna is checking to see how we can do this
Anna talking with Colleen, this is still an issue
Some will be interests. Activities and events will go
into Activity tables.
Laurene says as long as we are putting it in the
same positions as meta data you might be able to
convert into raw data for the migration. Laurene
says to have us put the information into the proper
tables and they will worry about the converting. She
is also putting a key on it so we will know the
coding.
