General Student Student has been accepted and a SGASTDN record created. Student has a High School Deficiency in Visual and Performing Arts and Foreign Language II. This can be seen from SAADCRV or SOAHSCH under the High School Review tab. Test scores indicate placement in Prescribed Courses. This can be seen on SOATEST or SAADCRV on the Test Score Review tab. SZAADEF shows any High School Deficiencies and Prescribed Course Requirements. When student sign in the web, they will be asked for a Login Verification Security Question and Answer. This will be used by HelpDesk to help verify call before assistance is provided. Students will access “Student Services & Financial Aid.” For registration, students will then select “Registration.” Select “Add or Drop Classes” to register. If the student is under 18 years of age, the following page will display as soon as they select “Add or Drop Classes” if they have not turned in the HepatitisB or Meningitis sheet sign by a parent or legal guardian. This page will be updated via web tailor to provide the specific information as the current form does. If the student is 18 years old or over, the following page will display as soon as they select “Add or Drop Classes” if they have not already answered the HepatitisB or Meningitis questions. This page will be updated via web tailor to provide the specific information as the current form does. SZAITRK will track the MMR, HepatitisB, and Meningitis information. As soon as the student answers the HepatitisB or Meningitis questions on the web, then the “Received” or “Refused” indicators will update. If a parent or guardian approved the form, then the “Parent Approved” indicator will also be marked. Will add more info here…………… If the student has not provided documentation for MMR, then they will be allowed to register for part-time status only. Please see message that displays as soon as the student accesses the “Add or Drop Classes” page. This message will continue to display each semester or until the student provide MMR proof. Any High School Deficiencies or Prescribed Course Placements will display on the web. A link if on the “Add or Drop Classes” page that takes students to a grid to help explain any registration errors. SGASTDN shows information regarding a student. You can see current and historical information about programs (majors/concentrations/minors), residency, classification, graduation status, etc. The Curricula/Curriculum tabs show the program of study. The Curricula/Field of Study tabs show the major, concentration, and/or minors. The “Academic and Graduation Status, Dual Degree” tab shows the Academic Status such as Good Standing or Probation or Suspension, etc.
