Committee Assignment Reports

ARC is still reviewing material.

Academic Advisement Council reports that 89% of sophomores met with their
advisors and had their holds released.

Deadline for applications to TLTR have been extended to December 6.

Program plans are in place for assessment. Those up for CEC Assessment will be
contacted.

News for the SSAIS Newsletter should be sent as soon as possible.

Volunteers are still needed for the SSAIS Film Series in the spring.

All SSAIS FDF recommendations were approved by the FDF Committee and sent to
the Provost.
Announcements

AFT meeting will take place on Friday November 22.

The Writing Intensive Requirement can now be added to all Independent Studies
through The Course Equivalency Form.
Student Credit Hours

The Dean discussed Student Credit Hours with the Unit.
Program Level Initiatives

The Dean discussed program level initiatives. Some members of the Unit shared
their projects that are being done this semester and projects planned for next
semester.
Fundraising

The Dean shared fundraising ideas with the Unit and asked the Unit to come up with
more ideas for Cathy Davey.
