Announcements

The Dean welcomed the Unit’s New Assistant Professor of Political Science Dr.
Dean Chen.

The Dean welcomed back Iraida Lopez from Sabbatical.

The Dean congratulated Steve Rice for receiving additional funding for his NEH
Grant.

Jenn Mazza has been appointed as the new Instructional Learning Director for the
College.

Susan Hangen has been appointed as the new Coordinator of Honors Societiesfor
the College.

Unit Procedures have been posted and sent to the Unit.

Volunteers are need for November Open House and Immediate Decision Day
Events.

Librarian Susan Kurzman reminded the Unit to order books for the Library.

Steve Rice will serve on the International Advisory Committee this academic year
