LIBERAL STUDIES OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE
MARCH 21, 2000
Members Present: Fred Hinson, Will Peebles, John Habel, Scott Philyaw, Dana Edge,
Nory Prochaska, Debra Burke, Elizabeth Addison, Robert Vartabedian, Gary Smith.
Members Absent:
Fred Hinson called the meeting to order at 12:40 p.m. The minutes of the March 16th
meeting were distributed and will be reviewed/approved on Thursday, March 23rd.
Will Peebles distributed a draft of revisions to the AA-5 form to the Committee. A
detailed discussion followed and the committee agreed on the revisions that would be
submitted to Vice Chancellor Collings for his consideration and approval.
The next meeting will be on March 23, 2000 from 12:30-2:00 p.m. in the Rogers Room
of the University Center.
The meeting adjourned at 2:00 p.m.
