EARLY ARRIVAL
Students may request an earlier move-in date. Simply fill out the respective early arrival request form below.
GROUP EARLY ARRIVAL
If you are making arrangements for a group of students to arrive earlier than Wednesday, August 17, please complete a
group request (available in June). You will need to provide the names and UID numbers of the students arriving early.
(This link is not for individual students to fill out.) Please note there is a $38 per day charge for each early arrival,
which is paid for by either the requesting group or student.
INDIVIDUAL EARLY ARRIVAL
If you would like to move in earlier than your allotted time above, please contact your respect hall office (beginning in
June). You will need to provide your name, UID and reason for early arrival. Please note that if you are approved,
you will be charged the $38 per day rate. This includes the cost of the room as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner
each day in the dining centers. Costs for early arrival will be charged to the student's u-bill.
