2013 ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT CEREMONY
SCHOOL OF CONTEMPORARY ARTS
The outstanding student in Global Communication and Media is KELSEY HIGGINS.
Kelsey is a member of the Communication Arts National Honor Society, has participated
in the Media Collision poster session, worked on Cinematique, and done research with
Professor Patricia Keeton. She also interned with Karen Ranzi, author, public speaker,
and raw vegan nutritionist.
Kelsey would like to go to graduate school and obtain an MBA in the near future. She also
plans to apply to the NBC Page Program in the Spring of 2014.
