SCHOOL OF THEORETICAL AND APPLIED SCIENCE
The first outstanding student in Biology is MICHELLE FAVRE.
Michelle is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Alpha Lambda
Delta, Golden Key, Chi Alpha Sigma, and Beta Beta Beta Honor Societies as well as
the Pre-med, biology, and TAS Journal clubs. In the TAS Honors Research program,
Michelle participated in the Ramapo TAS research symposiums in 2012 and 2013.
She was an intern at Excel Orthopedic Rehabilitation in Oakland, NJ, and R & R
Rehabilitation & Physical Therapy.
A member of the women’s Track and Field team, Michelle is the first athlete in the
history of Ramapo College to be named NJAC Overall Athlete of the Year. Her athletic

Michelle plans to continue training in the Pole Vault in hopes to make it to the USA
Championships. While training, she plans to work as a physical therapy aide and apply
to physical therapy schools such as UMDNJ.
