Crystal Barron
Major: Sociology
Crystal Barron’s attraction to sociology began with an interest in the well being of
individuals and gaining an understanding of their social conditions. She looked for a
major that combined scientific research with human compassion, and found it in
sociology. Crystal hopes to pursue a career in aiding policy writers in either government
or not for profit groups, or to assist in community development. She plans to get some
work experience and then pursue a Graduate degree.
