WHAT IS THE TAKE 10 EXPERIENCE?
The Take 10 Experience is an opportunity to enhance your professional development and learn new skills/knowledge by exploring Skillsoft, the e-learning platform that offers a range of books, courses, videos, job aids, and simulations.
It takes just 10 minutes a day (or more, if you choose) by following a simple 3 step process: Learn, Reflect, and Apply!
LEARN
Set aside 10 minutes sessions to review a resource from Skillsoft
REFLECT
Create a list of reflective questions that help connect your daily work to your chosen resource.
Notice triggers that can be catalysts for action or behavior changes.
APPLY
Make small changes to incorporate what you learned. Create defined SMARTER goals or find a mentor or learning partner for accountability.
