Course Content: Seminar is an opportunity for students to develop skills in the oral and
written presentation of technical material. Each student will present one seminar on a topic
of his/her choice (to be approved by the instructor). One week prior to the seminar, an abstract
must be distributed. A written report on the topic of the seminar is due one week following
the oral presentation. (One rewrite of this report will be permitted.) The point distribution is as
follows:

Attendance: Attendance by each student at each seminar is mandatory. Excused absences
must be arranged with the instructor. Unexcused absences will result in course failure.
