Q1 The note on the Price-Business Proposal states that there will be an estimated 12 Administrative users of the dashboard solution.
Will there be any other users of the system? How many unique individuals will require access to the dashboard platform?
A1 HGTC requires that at least 12 named uses to have access to the dashboards. One user would be the administrative user (the creator
of the dash boards by extracting data from various data sources) 11 users would be viewers of the dashboard (the access would only allow
them to possibly change the appearance of the dashboard)
Q2 The Scope of Solicitation lists the ability to "enable instantaneous and informed decisions to be made at a glance". Are these
decisions and priorities driven from the HGTC Strategic Plan approved earlier this year?
A2 No
Q3 Is there interest in seeing a linkage between the Strategic Plan Goals and anticipated Outcomes and the Dashboard performance
reporting?
A3 No
Q4 Is the dashboard software solution being requested by the department within HGTC that contributed to the development and
tracking of the Strategic Plan?
A3 No
Q5 Can you provide some examples of the KPI's HGTC seeks to track within the Dashboard Software?
A5 Some examples of KPI’s include retention, enrollment, graduation rates and placement.
Q6 Do these KPI's have a connection to the Strategic Plan Goals?
A6 Yes
Q7 Is the Strategic Plan for HGTC actively reviewed and progress tracked over time? Is this performed Quarterly? Monthly? Yearly?
A7 Annually
All other terms and conditions of the bid specification are to remain the same.
