Clarification: There are no restrictions on work hours. The awarded
bidder will be required to provide a schedule showing extended working
hours (if opted) to the Architect and Owner for review and coordination.

Clarification: Refer to the attached Dumpster/Parking Diagram. General
parking for construction personnel will be located in southernmost
overflow parking lot. There will be an option to place a dumpster in
location A or B as indicated on the map for a period of 1 week. The
dumpster shall then be moved to the southernmost overflow parking lot
as indicated by the owner.

Revision: Refer to A1/A101. The General Contractor will be responsible
for demolishing the shelving in Storage Closet 209 and Storage Closet
210.

Revision: Refer to A1/A101. The General Contractor will be responsible
for repairing the damaged wall Storage Closet 207.

Clarification: Refer to A1/102. Drawing should be referred to as
“Reflected Ceiling Plan”. Both 2x4 troffers in Storage Closet 207 shall be
new fixtures and replaced in the existing location.

Clarification: Refer to the General Notes, note number 2, on sheet P101.
The existing concrete slab shall only be saw cut in the areas indicated for
new work.

Clarification: Refer to P1/P101 and attached sheet P101. The existing
concrete slab will need to be saw cut in the areas outlined in red. Exact
location of existing waste lines shall be established in the field.

Revision: Refer to Schedule of Plumbing Fixtures & Specialty Equipment
on P301. Marks S-1 and S-2 should be revised to “TABLE, SINK, TRAP
& FAUCET INSTALLED BY GC. TRAP, STOPS, AND CONNECTIONS
BY PLUMBING CONTRACTOR”.

on P301. Mark S-4, fume hood, shall be relocated from building 1100
and installed in location shown.

Revision: Refer to sheet M101. The new fume hood shall be located in
SCIENCE LAB 206 and the relocated fume hood shall be installed in
SCIENCE LAB 208.

Clarification: The delivery schedule for the furniture provided by the
Agency/Owner for General Contractor to install will be coordinated with
the General Contractor’s submitted schedule.
