Landscaping Conway Campus Project ADDENDUM #1 The following items shall take precedence over the drawings and specifications for the above named project and shall become part of the Contract Documents. Where any item called for in the specifications, or indicated on the drawings is not supplemented hereby, the original requirements shall remain in effect. Where any original item is amended, voided, or suspended hereby, the provisions of such item not specifically amended, voided or superseded, shall remain in effect. Pre‐Bid Meeting (Not Mandatory) The Following contractors were in attendance. 1. Low Country Landscaping 2. Seed Slingers Drawings: Sheet L104 The benches shown on the plan are going to be provided by Owner. The contractor is not responsible for providing the benches. Sheet L105 There is a large Cedar tree that HGTC would like to be removed and included in the bid package. The tree is located off the south edge of the pond. End of Addendum #1
