DHLI to Judge Scholarship
This Spring, DHLI will act as the scholarship committee for the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 12 and
select recipients of its competitive Annual Scholarship awards. DHLI is honored to have been asked to serve in this role
for the past four years.
Labor Simulation Workshops
For Winter 2016, DHLI held labor simulation workshops for the following classes:
 Union Election workshop for Lou Siegel’s Labor Studies class at LA Trade Tech
 Collective Bargaining workshop for Lou Siegel’s Labor Studies class at LA Trade Tech
 Collective Bargaining workshop for Maisha Jones’ Sociology class at Southwest
