Saskatchewan Faculty Club invite nominations for
the 2011-2012 Term of Office (Nomination forms
are available from the Faculty Club office).
Interested parties should submit their written nomination, signed by the nominee, the proposer and a
seconder; all of whom shall be full members of the
Faculty Club.

FRIENDSHIP TABLE
(or as we like to call it, the Regulars Table)
If you are dining alone and you enjoy the camaraderie of fellow
members, and you like to catch up on the latest news, join the
Friendship Table at lunch. Our table, located as you enter the
Fireplace Room, seats eight to twelve people. Reservations are not
necessary, but are always appreciated.

LOUNGE
Relaxed and comfortable, that is the feeling evoked in our upper
lounge. Comfy leather couches and soft lighting make this a great
spot for drinks with the group or a sophisticated space to celebrate
your special occasion with family and friends. Call us for rental

CLUB CLOSURE
The Faculty Club will once again be taking a short vacation break
from Monday July 25 until Friday, August 5 inclusive. We will
return to regular service on Monday, August 8th.
The Club office will be closed most of this time but if you need to
contact us, please call 966-7777 and leave a message. We will be
checking messages frequently.
The Faculty Club will still be available for pre-booked functions on
the weekends during this time.

Turkey Facts:
•Can turkeys fly? Some turkeys CAN fly. Wild turkeys can fly for
short distances up to 55 mph and can run up to 20 mph, but
domesticated turkeys can’t fly.

make a clicking noise.
