MOE meeting
10/30/14
1. Quorum was established, all members were present
2. Meeting was called to order
3. We discussed the Halloween party and everyone that attended said they
had a wonderful time. Gianni mentioned an idea of a sleep-over in
December at the end of finals week.
4. We went over the trip to ETSU to see Oklahoma! We changed the date
that the majority was going to the 21st of November.
5. We discussed the trash pickup dates and got a head count of people
who can work:
-Allison
-Austin
-Emily
-Brittany
-Eddie
-Brandon
-Bekah
- we also reminded the members that the Operation Christmas Child
boxes are due on the 17th of November
6. It was mentioned that at our next meeting we will have our first transfer
representative: Robyn VanLeigh from UTK
7. Paul Davis made a motion to adjourn the meeting with a second from
Seth Stewart.
