AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT FOR SIDING REPLACEMENT AT
POTSDAM COMMERCE PARK BUILDING, LOT 6
AND
ESTABLISHING A BUDGET LINE ITEM
WHEREAS, the St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency (“Agency”) had
entered into a Lease Agreement with ZeroPoint Clean Technologies for the building on Lot 6
within the Potsdam Commerce Park, and
WHEREAS, ZeroPoint has damaged or created penetrations in several siding panels of
the building, thereby devaluing the property, and
WHEREAS, the Agency wants to restore value and marketability to the property, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to its Procurement Policy, Agency staff have solicited proposals
(results of which are attached to this document) for Replacement Panels to be installed (to
include all material, labor and equipment) to restore the building to new condition, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that consistent with its Procurement Policy,
the St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency does hereby award the bid to the
following:

authorized, empowered and directed to execute and deliver any and all agreements and other
