Governance Committee Meeting

Discussion:
Mrs. Sweatland explained to the Board Members that their “task” at this meeting was primarily to
tabulate the Board Members’ self-evaluation forms. She presented the Committee with the sealed
envelopes and tabulation form. She explained that the ABO and Committee on Open Government
has determined that the self-evaluation results are not subject to Open Meetings Law.
Deuel/Marr motion for Executive Session at 8:35 AM.
Mrs. Sweatland is excused for the duration of the Executive Session.
Return to Regular Session at 8:52 AM.
