AUTHORIZING ADJUSTMENTS TO THE
ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY LOCAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FY2014 BUDGET
WHEREAS, Resolution MIC-13-10-09 adopted October 24, 2013, approved the FY2014
Budget for the St Lawrence County Local Development Corporation (the “SLCLDC”), and
WHEREAS, certain SLCLDC expenditure accounts in the FY2014 Budget require modification,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that St. Lawrence County Local Development
Corporation authorizes the following modifications to the SLCLDC’s FY2014 Budget:
