Communications (Leadership, the Knowledge Economy), Business (International Economics, International Economic
Policy), and German (Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced). See flyers on courses in English and courses in English for
Fall 2010 to learn about course availability. Past courses have included: Comparative Governance, National
Governance, European Governance, Political Theory, Climate Change Diplomacy, Non-profit Management, and Public
Management. You can earn a full semester of credits.

Friedrichshafen, where Zeppelin is located, is a small resort town on the shores of Lake Constance, at the border of
Germany, Switzerland, and France. Around Lake Constance are opportunities for skating, water/skiing, snowboarding, boating, hiking, and cycling (including the 160-mile round the lake cycle route). Nearby find baroque churches, ancient abbeys, museums, and the scenic Black Forest. Weekends, travel by train to Munich (3 hours), Zurich (2 ½ hours),
Strasbourg (3 hours) or northern Italy (4 hours). For a longer getaway, consider Paris (6 ½ hours) or Berlin (6 ½ hours).
Discount air carrier Ryanair connects the Friedrichshafen airport with London, Dublin, and other European destinations.
