County response to our strategic focus on student recruitment…a “win-win” initiative!
Three new students placed in policy, planning and
HR departments .
Paid positions, 19 hours per week, one year with option to renew for second year.
6
A second prong in our recruitment strategy!
Match selected students with appropriate member of Advisory Board.
Program details will be developed with guidance of mentors; will use models such as Cameron
Executive Network.
7
Guide the student to become a leader in his/her chosen career and build a personal network as a resource to reach those goals.
Meet with assigned students on a regular basis.
Guide your student in developing an effective job search plan, resume, and interview skills.
