Use of pictures in some but not necessarily all entries. Remember not to show student faces.
Here’s What – explain what happened and nothing more.
Refer to observations, conversations, teaching experiences, planning, class readings and/or
assignments, student work samples etc.



So What – explain why the evidence is important to you as a professional
Now What – explain how you will use this in your future teaching
