BI-WEEKLY REFLECTION OF PREVIOUS TWO WEEKS
Bi-Weekly Reflection Description
The student is required to submit a Bi-Weekly Log (Appendix E) of their experiences
while working as a field experience student. In addition to this log, the student is required
to submit a Bi-Weekly Reflection of their previous two week’s experiences. The student
should make notes and record their experiences while at the field experience site, and
later reflect on these experiences in a written format. Reflection assignments are to be
typed, double-spaced, on a single page, with minimal spelling and grammar mistakes.
The reflections are to be submitted at the same time and in addition to Appendix E.
The Bi-Weekly Log is a brief description of the duties the student performs. The
reflection is more of a narrative of the student’s overall experience while at the
organization for the two-week period. Below are some questions that the student could
answer to aid in writing these assignments. You do not have to use these questions, but
you may do so if you so wish.
a) Can I relate anything of what I have learned to any of the courses I have taken?
b) Are the skills I have used, skills that were introduced to me in my classes?
c) What kinds of interaction have I had with other individuals in the organization?
d) What kinds of interactions or activities have occurred around me?
e) What new skills have I acquired?
f) What would you have done differently, if anything?
