a) when the incident took place, b) the location where
it occurred, c)the names of the parties involved (i.e.
victims, assailants and witnesses), and d) a description
of the reported assault
Any and all reports related to gang activity, gang violence
or gang members on or near College of DuPage main
campus or satellite locations from April 2008 to Nov. 11
A copy of the emergency notification plan in effect on
April 28, 2010 for the College of DuPage, noting or
describing any system for special alerts and how
students, staff and visitors to the college would be
notified of a dangerous condition while on the premises
Any and all surveillance video of the April 28, 2010
scene/vicinity where the assault occurred to William
Kenderick - at least 15 minutes immediately preceding
the attack continuously through the time that Mr.
Kenderick was removed from the campus by
ambulance including the area of the SRC where the
assault occurred and the parking lots and campus
roadways where police officers pursued suspects
in the wake of the assault. Please provide the time
stamped versions of the video.
Any other surveillance video taken on April 28, 2010
pertaining to any aspect of the incident(s) that resulted
in the injuries to William Kenderick
Any and all photographs of William Kenderick or the
scene where he was injured taken on April 28, 2010
that are in the possession of College of DuPage
Any and all audio recordings (or transcriptions thereof)
of radio transmissions or contact by police or
emergency personnel pertaining to the assault of Mr.
Kenderick on April 28, 2010 or the incidents related
thereto the name and contact information for
the ambulance service that transported William Kenderick
from the College of DuPage to Good Samaritan Hospital
