Job Summary: Serves as the Affinity Health System coordinator of wellness
initiatives. Drives wellness programs, and in collaboration with the Millennium
team, develops and delivers programs that deliver high value and return. Assists
in tracking measurements to reflect the effectiveness of programs and implements
process changes to make improvements.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Wellness, Health Education or
related field. 2-3 years experience in corporate wellness and/or health
promotion related field required. Client relationship skills and experience
essential, including strong writing experience. Demonstrates excellent
communication skills and knowledge of health prevention in public speaking and
counseling situations. Knowledge of Health and Productivity Management
concepts.
