continued expansion of services and programs will soon be supported through the construction of a
100,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility that will bring our five service areas into one centralized
location, further supporting our mission of providing holistic healthcare.
Job Description: Serves as a Program Coordinator in the office for Campus Wellness, Student Health
Services. Functions under the general supervision of the Director of Campus Wellness and will be
responsible for the planning and implementation of comprehensive health and wellness programs and
services to a diverse student population. Program planning and implementation will focus on stress
management, tobacco cessation, health education consults (i.e. cholesterol, blood glucose, skin cancer),
physical activity, body image awareness and behavior change. Will plan and implement special programs
and educational/promotional events as directed. Will participate in assessment and research activities.
Will assist with training, directing, and supervising others performing various tasks associated with the
delivery of programs and services including graduate assistants and peer educators.
Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Student Personnel Services or a related field and one (1)
year related experience, or a bachelor's degree and three (3) years related experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s in Public Health, Social Work or related field. Experience in evidence
based program development, implementation, and assessment. Knowledge and experience in program
planning and implementation. Experience in college health.
