To best prepare and promote artwork, we ask that all artwork be delivered to the Dean’s
Suite, 101 Noel Fine Arts Center between now and December 6, 2013 to ensure inclusion
in the gallery catalog and pre-event promotion. Our office hours are 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Monday – Friday. Please do not deliver art directly to the Carlsten Art Gallery.

Your complimentary event ticket will be mailed to you at the address you have
indicated above.
Please return the first page of this form and tag your artwork with the artwork tags
when you drop your donation off in our office.
All donating artists will receive one ticket to attend Arts Bash 2014 as well as
recognition during the event.
All pieces are sold according to the artist’s requested price; the art sale is not an
auction. The Gallery Director reserves the right to modify pricing at her discretion.
While we welcome all donations to support students, the minimum suggested
aggregate selling price of your artwork is $100. You are welcome to donate multiple
smaller items at lower selling prices (which tend to sell very well at the Bash!) or a
larger item/s at a higher selling price.

at the time of delivery.

Dear Friend of Developing Artists,
The tenth annual Arts Bash is scheduled for the evening of Saturday, February 1,
2014 in the Noel Fine Arts Center at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point
(UWSP). Featuring professional and student art, dance and theatre performance,
Arts Bash is the largest fundraising event held at UWSP.
Over the past nine years, thousands of art enthusiasts have gathered to celebrate
and invest in the future of developing artists at Arts Bash. During this time, over
$300,000 has been raised through sponsorships, artwork sales, raffles, and ticket
sales to support scholarships for students studying within the Departments of Art &
Design and Theatre & Dance at UWSP.
We invite you to invest in the development of student artists by donating art to
the Arts Bash art sale. Not only will hundreds of art enthusiasts see your work,
but the proceeds realized through the sale will be used to fund essential student
scholarships and workshops.
With your art donation, you will receive one complimentary Arts Bash party pass to
enjoy the event with the over 850 expected guests. Donated works can be sent or
delivered any time between now and December 6, 2013 to be included in our preevent promotions and gallery listing. Please send or deliver art to (please use the
