Following this schedule will help us ensure accurate and timely payment to You!
Paperwork received after these dates will be paid on the next available payroll unless
the paperwork is incomplete. In those cases, the paperwork will be sent back
to the appropriate department for completion. If you have any questions or need assistance,
please call Payroll at 757-569-6711.
Note: Time Admin's run at 5:30 a.m., 12 noon, 5 p.m.
Hours entered between these times will not pull through for supervisor approval until the next
time admin processes.
Hours should be entered on a daily basis when worked.
