Anecdotal Comments
If you feel that evening student needs are not being met, why not and how can it be
improved?















Evening student needs are being fulfilled fine
The college can do more for the student to better their self.
FEEL SATISFIED
I’m not getting enough teaching in Math. I cannot understand Math in 15 to 20
minutes. I need more time of instruction to get the understanding.
There is nothing that can change things.
Because they don't seen most of the staff
More lighting
That the staff should try their best to meet the needs of evening students.
I understand that there is really no need for all staff members to remain at school
through the evening. However, the library should be open until 7 P.M. Classes
start, at least on certain days.
I take majority of my classes online and have not tried to use these services in
the evening, but having evening hours for these services would be very nice.
More need to be available for the evening student. I work all day I do not usually
have time to even make it to the library.
Evening students’ needs are not being met because no one is here in the
evening. If you would like to speak with someone face to face. Maybe on certain
days have longer hours.
My last class is over at 9:50 pm and I have yet to see security patrolling the
parking lot for our safety.

Don’t really go to the library

What suggestions do you have to improve services?
 Everything seems okay. I’m not happy with the time of my class because I'm
rushed.
 Better techniques to get students to come to class more.
 Nothing. Everything is good and excellent
 Putting ash trays at the front doors so people don’t throw them in the yard as
they walk into school
 Everyone could use a basketball team
 One of my instructors come to class in a bit of a fog, unprepared and
unorganized. Preparedness is key and essential in the teaching and the learning
process.
 EVERY AREA IS COVERED THEIRS NO NEED FOR IMPROVEMENT.
 All people of same age group should be in the same class!
What would make the new student orientation day more beneficial?













Have more games and activity.
MEET YOUR TEACHERS
Explaining to the students in details about each Instructor.
Meeting your teacher
More activities to attract more attention.
Putting it online

Ability to see any type of teacher on campus.
Giving more information
They ask questions and get a feel of what the class is about.

I was not aware of the class when I started taking classes at PDCCC.
Let them meet their teacher.
What would make the SDV course and/or the customized textbook better?

Everything in the SDV course was good and very helpful
