Respondents include: 1) University of Montana students who participated in a credit-bearing internship and completed an Online Learning Agreement and 2) their internship supervisors. Interns were asked to evaluate their satisfaction with the internship experience and internship supervisors were asked to evaluate their satisfaction with the performance of their interns.
