PROPAGATION LABORER:
• 36 weeks (1400 to 1500 hours) full time seasonal employment March through December
- Primarily 8 hours a day, Monday-Friday, March & October-December
- Primarily 10 hours a day, Monday-Thursday, April-September
o Some Fridays and Saturdays as required.

Container Production: Approx. 75% of workload
- Potting/Production Line
- Weeding
- Spacing
- Watering
•
Propagation: Approx. 5% of workload
- Seed collection, processing, and sowing
- Softwood cutting
- Grafting
•
Field Liner Production: Approx. 5% of workload
- Production, propagation, and growing activities related to field liner production
•
Labor in Other Departments: Approx. 15% of workload
- B&B Production, Landscape Install & construction, and others as required
REQUIREMENTS:
• Should have an interest in growing plants and a desire to gain knowledge to become a better
worker.
• Required to be a productive, self motivated worker. Capable of fast paced repetitious work.
• Need to be able to safely lift 50 pounds.
STARTING WAGE: $10.00 per hour
