Seasonal Parks & Rec Positions Douglas County Forestry, Solon Springs, WI Lead Park Worker (2 Positions) The Lead Workers will coordinate the activities of the seasonal park laborers as well as perform the daily tasks of maintaining the County Parks and Recreation areas located throughout Douglas County. Must be able to commit to the position from early May to late Sept.. $10.50 Hourly. Park Workers (6 Positions) Responsibilities include the daily tasks of maintaining the County Parks and Recreation areas located throughout Douglas County. $8.50 Hourly. Applicants for both Lead Park Wkr and Park Wkr positions must have a High School Diploma or GED and possess a valid WI Driver’s License. Currently enrolled students in an outdoor or Forest recreation or similar field of study desirable. No Benefits. Must be at least 18 years of age to apply. Park Workers and Lead Park Workers returning for a second season receive an additional 25 cents to their base wage and another 25 cents if return for a third year.
