V. DISCUSSION ITEM
A. SOC 1558 The Role of the Tutor in Society: Can a credit course be 0 units
and transferable?
The issue regarding the division’s desire to make SOC 1558 a credit 0 unit course was
discussed. It was decided more research was needed to determine Title 5 requirements
regarding tutoring courses was needed.
