has designed training classes to meet
a variety of different needs. We offer
training courses at our newly completed
training center in Warren, OH or at your
site depending on your preference.
We offer general training classes and

equipment. Everyone that completes a
training program will receive a certificate
for attending the class along with
technical material to help your staff
in supporting the product(s). We will
also track certifications to help you
decide when it is time to schedule
another training course.

TROUBLESHOOTING CLASSES
System-Level Troubleshooting classes include hands-on
training for troubleshooting & repair of all the individual
components used in our products. An overview of
available parts to be used in first-responder repairs is
also included in the training. This class is recommended
for those individuals responsible for maintaining
the remote control system and its interface to the
equipment that it is controlling.
*Board-Level training may be available on request.
