The final exam will be cumulative. I do not offer makeup exams and will only excuse your absence from an exam in extreme circumstances. You may use a calculator on the exams. Bring a scientific (non-graphing) calculator, or you may bring a TI-83 or TI-84 series calculator as long as you allow me to clear any programs. Homework: Homework assignments will be due every 1-2 weeks. I will drop your two lowest homework scores. Late homework will not be accepted for any reason. Participation: Throughout the semester, I will give participation quizzes. These quizzes will take place at the end of class and will cover material from that class period’s lecture. You get halfcredit for turning the quiz in and full-credit for answering the quiz question correctly.
