Memorandum of Agreement
Made this day, April 15, 2012, between Deborah Burton of 258 Main Street, Groton,
MA 01450, tel: 978-448-0643 / cell: 978-621-3084, burtond@bu.edu, and Giorgio
Sanguinetti of via Giuseppe Avezzana, 6, 00195 Roma, Italy, tel: +39-06-32.11.02.65, :
giorgio_sanguinetti@fastwebnet.it hereinafter called the SubSubseries Editors, and
Pendragon Press of Box 190, 52 White Hill Lane, Hillsdale, NY 12529, hereinafter
called the Press.
1. SUBSERIES AGREEMENT.
The Subseries Editors hereby give the Press an exclusive license to print and publish and
sell in volume form throughout the world works under the heading Italian Theoretical
Treatises, to be included in the Pendragon Harmonologia Series.
2. SUBSERIES EDITORS
The Subseries Editors agree that they shall, in coordination with the Press, seek worthy
volumes for the Subseries and assist in the acquisition and implementation of such
volumes. They will screen proposals and recommend other readers and/or sub-editors for
those proposals.
3. AUTHOR CONTRACTS
The Press will create an agreement with the translators of the volumes in this series with
a separate agreement for each volume undertaken. The Subeditors may act as translators
or elicit translations from others, but each volume will have an agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have signed this agreement at Hillsdale,
New York, and/or at Gropton, MA or Rome, Italy in duplicate, the year and date first
written above.
