Continuous corn info on the web
It wasn't labeled as such, but Iowa State University sent a valentine to farmers
wrestling with the challenges of growing corn-on-corn. It's a special issue of their
Integrated Crop Management newsletter. At 40 pages, it's the biggest issue they
have ever produced. And it is devoted almost exclusively to corn-on-corn.
Topics range from A (allelopathy) to Z (zero-tillage). In-between are articles on
selecting hybrids, weed control, disease control and economics. Whether you are
an old hand at raising continuous corn or a novice, you'll learn something new
