Special Webinar Series: The DNA of
Leadership
Owners are demanding more effective leadership for their projects and
programs, and CMs are ideally positioned to deliver it. But are we
really prepared, with the skills we need?
CMAA presents a special series of additional webinars entitled "The
DNA of Leadership" presented by Professors Bill Badger and Avi
Wiezel of Arizona State University. The 10-hour program consists
of the two free sessions in June, an additional four online sessions in
August and September, and a four-hour in-person session at the
National Conference in October.
The series will continue on August 1, 2012. Participants can register
and pay $89 per session or can purchase a bundled package for $640,
inclusive of the webinars, book and educational playing cards used in
the leadership exercises. Bundles will include all sessions, including
those previously presented allowing you to catch-up at your own
pace.
