TENDER CONDITION
The CIET, NCERT, NEW Delhi invites the bidders for the auction/disposal of condemned material (1.
audio/video Cassettes, Film and Film Projector 2. Scenic items) pertaining to CIET,NCERT from
reputed bidders "as is where is basis''. The details of 02 lots condemned material to be auctioned is
attached.
Terms and conditions for acceptance of the disposal of Condemned material
1. The auction is to be held for the condemned material will be ' as is where basis" in two lots.
2.
For inspection of condemned material, kindly contact the Head, MPD Division of CIET befor
taking appointment at 10.00am to 4.00 pm, if not possible contact Mob. No.: 9868101517.
3. The Auctioners will have to deposit "Bid Security " of Rs.5, 000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only)
for each lot with the cashier in CIET.
4. The successful bidder has to deposit the full payment, i.e. the residual amount after adjusting the
bid security for the condemned material as per lot, with CIET Account Section. The bidder will
be responsible to deposit the VAT amount as applicable by Govt. of NCT in the treasury and the
proof to this effect may be deposited in CIET before taking the delivery of Condemned
material.
5. The successful bidder has to take away the items, on its own, within the next five working days,
failing with Rs. 1000/- per day shall be charged from the bidders.
6. The possession of condemned items will be given to the highest bidders on payment of sale/bid
value and completion of paper formalities.
7. The purchaser/highest bidder will have to remove the condemned items within the specified
time period at their own cost . Thereafter, Rs.1, 000/- per day will be charge on account of
ground rent.
8. In case, if the highest bidder does not submit full amount of the bid for the condemned items
within the specified period, the bid security/EMD of Rs. 5000/- deposited by him shall be
forfeited and liable for taking action against him i.e. for re-sale of condemned items at the risk
and cost of the depositor.
9. The bidder will not sublet the bid or any part of the work to any other person/ party in the
premises of CIET Building.
10. Any condition imposed by the bidder will not be entertained. The bidder will have to follow the
terms & conditions as specified in this document.
11. The acceptance of auction will rest with the Council authority CIET, NCERT and reserves the
right to reject or partially accept any or all the auction received without assigning any reasons.
12. In case of any dispute arises relating to any aspects of this contract between the two parties, the
decision of the CIET, NCERT shall be the final.
