TTPD
A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for an outstanding Lubbock
County Sheriff Department warrant, which occurred in the 1700 block of
Texas Tech Parkway, following a traffic stop. The student was transported to
the Lubbock County Jail. The vehicle was released to a family member.
